Key Staff

William Dickerson-Waheed, is a Videographer, and Producer/Director of public access television program, print journalist, and a public relations marketing consultant. He has been in the field of community development for the past 30 years. He has managed and supervised the construction, servicing and financing of housing projects, developed innovative loan programs for neighborhood residents, developed adult and youth community based organizations, and produced a documentary to raise awareness and funds for a community based-HBCU project. The production was successful in that it leveraged funds to begin the development process.

Jessica Chaney, Production Assistant is a graduate of University of Alabama Film School, film and camera editor TV Channel 8, Montgomery Alabama. She is the niece of Civil Rights Activist and Martyr James Earl Chaney.

Tara White, M. A. History and Museum Studies, Production Consultant, is a public historian who has worked for over a decade in Museum and historic sites researching and interpreting civil rights history. She is a graduate of Cooperstown Graduate Program in History Museum Studies and is pursuing a Ph.D in public history.

Cosmo- D Productions is independent film Production Company that will be primarily producing film documentaries about the lives of African-Americans. The North Jackson Community Council, a 501 c non-profit organization serves as fiscal agent to Rivers of Change”.
